Raymond Blanc recipes: Chef shares ‘secret’ to cooking ‘tender and juicy’ roast chicken



RAYMOND BLANC is a French chef and the owner of two-Michelin star restaurant Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire. He is also the founder of restaurant chain Brasserie Blanc. Raymond often shares his favourite recipes with fans, including roast chicken.
