RAYMOND BLANC is a French chef and the owner of two-Michelin star restaurant Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons in Oxfordshire. He is also the founder of restaurant chain Brasserie Blanc. Raymond often shares his favourite recipes with fans, including a variety of delicious desserts.
