I used white vinegar and baking soda to roast potatoes - here's which ones were crispier



Baking soda and white vinegar have many uses in the kitchen though one of their lesser-known qualities is their supposed ability to crisp up the skin of roast potatoes. Having heard mixed reviews about the two ingredients, I tried both cooking hacks exclusively for Express.co.uk - and there was one clear winner.
