Recipes on a budget: Vegan chefs share three ‘super fun’ meals - ‘warming and substantial’



VEGAN chefs Henry Firth and Ian Theasby made the transition from meat-eaters to vegans six years ago and haven't looked back since. Their mission is to encourage more Britons to try a plant-based diet and realise that it's a lot easier, and tastier, than it seems.
