Sainsbury’s boss concerned over 'salt & fat content' in vegan foods - 'got to be careful'

SAINSBURY's boss has raised concern over fatty vegan food products. The supermarket is "working very carefully" to ensure the foods are not less healthy than the meat items they were designed to replace.
